Building Use
Our building is primarily available for personal, noncommercial gatherings hosted by covenant members and regular attendees of Pillar Church Warrensburg. Outside requests are considered only in exceptional circumstances; approval is not ordinarily anticipated.
How to request the building
Read the policy below and submit your request at least 30 days before your event when possible. Requests go to pillarchurchwarrensburg@gmail.com. One elder will review your request and reply by email with approval or denial. Submitting a request does not reserve the building. After approval, an authorized church representative will add the reservation to the church calendar.
Building Use Policy
Purpose
The facilities of Pillar Church Warrensburg exist primarily for worship, gospel ministry, and the life of our congregation. All use must be consistent with the church’s mission, Statement of Faith, and doctrinal convictions.
Scheduling priorities
Church-sponsored worship, ministries, meetings, and events receive first priority, followed by personal, noncommercial gatherings hosted by covenant members and regular attendees. Outside requests are considered only in exceptional circumstances.
Requests and approval
Requests should ordinarily be submitted at least 30 days before an event. The requester must read this policy and acknowledge agreement. One elder may approve or decline a request on behalf of the elders and communicate the decision through the church’s Gmail account. The elders retain final authority and may deny or revoke approval for reasons consistent with the church’s mission, safety, scheduling, or responsible stewardship. Any fees will be communicated before approval is finalized.
